During my most recent trip to Thailand, I had the privilege of learning how to cook some of Thailand’s traditional dishes. Of course, this included my favourite; Thai Papaya Salad. Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy was so gracious to welcome me into their kitchen and teach me how to cook their country’s dishes.
