MY TURKEY VISA APPLICATION EXPERIENCE

July 11, 2018

If you are from the Philippines, or any developing country, you will know how hard it is to get and apply for visas. So in this article, I will share with you my process on how I got my Turkey Visa.

Getting my Turkey Visa is probably one of the easiest and hassle-free applications I have undergone in quite a while. You literally just go to their website, fill up the application forms and pay the fee. That’s it! They email you your e-Visa in a few minutes.

Here is a step by step process on how I did my application:

Go to the Website

Of course this is the first step to every application. You have to check their website. You have to look up what you need to have, or how much you need to pay, and all that.

To be redirected to the Turkish Visa Office, click HERE.

Also, please take note that I got the e-Visa and not the one being physically stamped onto my passport.

Fill-Up the Application Form

Once you have decided to start with your application, you need to fill-up your application form.

You can find the application forms by clicking HERE.

Pay the Fee

Since I have a valid United States Visa, the visa fee that I needed to pay was $20 USD or P 1, 071.51.

If you also have a valid visa for the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom and Australia, I think this will work too.

Now if you don’t have these valid visas, do not fret because you can still get an e-Visa, but I think the fee climbs up to $60 USD or P 3, 214.55.

Download your e-Visa

As easy as that, once you have followed all these steps, you can finally download your e-Visa!

If you forget to download it or if you are using your cellular phones, you can send the e-Visa on your personal email so there is no harm in that.

I am so excited to head over to Istanbul, Turkey in a few months! I have been resting and working in the Philippines for quite a few months now so I am just excited to be out there again in the travel scene.

If you have any recommendations or suggestions on where to go and/or what to eat in Turkey, please do not hesitate to let me know and comment them below. I would love to see them!

I hope everyone is having a great day and stay safe, everybody!

“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
